Bleh, time for class. I think I might use this hour between work and school on tues and thurs. to maybe get in a run. Well, a walk/jog.. then die & repeat. I downloaded the couch to 5k for my phone.. we’ll see how it works out for me.

hit the gym hard last night on legs.. started my reps at my current PRs & I’m not sore today? Leg press 90lbs, smith squats110, leg extensions 90, ham curls 60. All at least 8 reps. It felt great!
