Had a great workout last night, I got done nearly around 10pm. I love my new gym.. it’s typically dead in there in the evenings. I never have to wait on a machine or free weights. I’m free to explore new moves that I would be insecure about trying in front of 30 people. I love it. I’m going to look into Jamie Eason’s LiveFit routines tonight I think. I’ve been keeping a log since I’ve been working out and I feel like a lot of my routines are repetitive. I’ve lost 3lbs this week. I am down to 143! My “skinny” jeans are bigger on me. I am absolutely loving this. Intake for today has been an egg sandwich and a slice of mild cheddar cheese, and chocolate soymilk. I plan to study in just a few and hit the gym for legs. :) Get it ladies!
